After presenting the remote CBRN reconnaissance demonstrator on the Centurio vehicle from KNDS France Robotics, Proengin confirms its strategic shift towards integrated system solutions, opening a new era in CBRN detection.

Physical and software components serving the forces

During this demonstration, Proengin showcased its expertise in integrating sensors and software within a unified and cyber-secured architecture:

• Hardware components: Proengin detectors and third-party sensors, all with open communication protocols, connected through the Threat Detection Hub (TDH).

• Software components: Proengin Shield, maps threats, tracks missions, and aggregates in real time the alerts from all detectors integrated into the system, with cyber-secured architecture meeting operational data confidentiality requirement.

The TDH – intelligent controller enabling operational autonomy

The Threat Detection Hub acts as a controller linking all installed detectors, implementing advanced security protocols, and communicating with Proengin Shield to instantly transmit data to the operator’s screen at the control base. Together, the TDH and Proengin Shield form a true interoperability platform.

This architecture offers a unique combination of functional autonomy and cybersecurity: it allows decision-making to be pushed closer to the detector—whether on a vehicle, a shelter, or a critical infrastructure. This approach ensures operational continuity even in the event of communication loss, providing forces with unparalleled resilience in the field.

Integration of the SASS 3100 enables automatic biological sampling at the right time, as soon as an alert is triggered by the AP4B.
