Professional equality between women and men is part of Proengin’s ongoing commitments.
In accordance with French Law No. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018, known as the “Avenir professionnel” law, companies with 50 employees or more must publish each year their Gender Equality Index, which measures gaps in pay and career progression between women and men.
